AWARD WINNING LOUISE IS OUTSTANDING IN HER FIELD…
The smile says it all – but then it should! Crystal Peaks’ Vodafone’s 23-year-old Louise Brailsford is an award winner who used to be a Dental Nurse in a previous career, and knows all about toothy grins and the art of top-flight interactive communication.
 As a former pupil of Tupton Hall School, Louise went to Chesterfield College to do a National Diploma in Public Services then joined the Army at Aberfield near Reading as a Dental Nurse. During that time Louise worked as far afield as Stennelager near Paderborn in Germany returning home to recommence ‘civvy street’ employment at Cavendish Dental Care situated on West Bars, Chesterfield. She joined Cannons Health Club for 2 1/2 years as a receptionist before joining Vodafone. Louise from Hasland commented, “You can clearly see from my c.v. I just love meeting and talking to people and as for my company, I just adore working for them very much. I started with Vodafone in Chesterfield’s High Street mid last year as a Sales Adviser and came to Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre at the beginning of June and quickly progressed to Senior Sales.” “My Vodafone Outstanding Adviser Award is a beautiful engraved crystal star, the company also gave me a bottle of bubbly and some High Street vouchers to spend in recognition of never, yes, never, missing my new connection targets. I’m just so proud. You get them every month (targets), new contracts, upgrades and what have you, and I set myself personal goals. I think my X factor is genuinely looking after my clients, giving free advice and assistance and making sure I’m never pushy. I simply make the phone fit the requirement. It’s this philosophy that’s put me in good stead, only just yesterday an elderly gentleman bought me a box of chocolates for helping, how good is that! Excitingly I’m now training to be Assistant Manager, so keep your fingers crossed for me and hope this fantastic run of luck doesn’t run out – I’ll just have to keep the top-up cards at the ready!”
