GHOSTLY GOINGS ON AT CRYSTAL PEAKS

Spooky! Creepy! Magical! That was the fiendish fun from face painters, jugglers and magicians that lay in store for 3 year old Abigail Shephard and 9 year old Reece Crawford when they, and thousands of other children, paid a visit to the “Halloween 1/2 Term Happenings” at Crystal Peaks last week.

ImageIn a week long spook-tac-ular, haunting atmospheric music could be heard to accompany frightfully good conjuring, sinister but versatile juggling, eerie balloon modelling and gory ghoulish games from top national performers and professional acts throughout the length and breadth of the south Sheffield Shopping Centre. “It’s not for the faint hearted! Our ‘little monsters’ have been quite frightening with their masks, and dressing up in witches and warlocks costumes. Hundreds had their face painted on Wednesday to complete their own unique look for doing a little hocus pocus or trick or treating later that night - well and truly into the spirit of all things horror!”
Commented Kim Jones from the Centre Management Team, “In our year long cauldron of exciting events
I’d like to think we wickedly brewed up a little something for everyone - to sate even the most voracious appetite for fear, blood and gore. In the swirling mist and fog of our creepy child friendly feast of Halloween themed free entertainment it’s now a case of fangs for the memory.”
