SARAH’S beauty makeover experience…
When Sarah-Jayne Allen from Inkersall Drive, Westfield went for some retail therapy with her fiancé Tony this Bank Holiday Monday (27th August) she got more than she bargained for at Crystal Peaks – a full clothes, hair and facial makeover with masses of gifts and £100 to spend in gift vouchers.
The 18 year old college student was plucked from ten’s of would-be hopefuls amongst the gathered crowd of on-lookers to the Sheffield Shopping Centre’s three day Fashion Show which featured cool clothes, music and dance with sassy eye-catching displays of garments from the likes of Top Shop, NEXT, New Look and Sainsbury’s - with the nations biggest ‘TU’ range available on show and in the Centre. Along with Sarah-Jayne, top national and international male and female models strutted their stuff on the runway, with all the Centre’s very finest fashion on display. The four shows each day were packed with catwalk visual exclusives, and featured dramatic clothes changeovers from some other top High Street names including Officers Club, Claire’s Accessories and Bon Marché. Sarah-Jayne commented, “I felt like a celebrity - being pampered from the moment I arrived on stage ‘normal’ during the second show then being whisked off to begin an incredible transformation. All the elements were there - hair by Sarah Dolman a fantastic stylist at Regis, clothes by Next and make up by Superdrug! It left me feeling and looking a million dollars – then escorted back to show off my ‘X factor’ transformation for the brilliant finale at the end of the fourth show.” She added, “It’s been spectacular and I’ve got some top tips from the professionals to create the perfect look along with all the top beauty secrets on how to recreate the look time and time again. It’s been a really great day and a fun experience.”
