'HANNAH'S' SOLED OUT TO BECOME FIRST EVER BOX MODEL

Sheffield’s Hannah Mitton is the new Manager of the pristine Clarks at Crystal Peaks.  After 8 years of retailing experience, she has taken charge of the very first store in the country to adopt the company’s new ‘box model’ method. 

                                                     

The 25 year old from Halfway explained, “The box model simply means the right shoe is on display on top of the box containing the left and then the complete assortment of full sizes and half sizes are featured below for the customer’s convenience. Clarks have a tremendous reputation for optimum shoe fitting and as fitting methods constantly evolve, you’ll be pleased to know that along with traditional methods for fitting the under 6’s (because first shoes for youngsters are particularly important) our new Crystal Peaks store has two 3D imaging machines to ensure a perfect fit.”

She added, “My boots have done some walking too. I started with Clarks at just 17 as a Sales Assistant in Chesterfield but promotion soon beckoned and within months I went to on to become a Team Leader. I gained more experience travelling throughout the length and breadth of Yorkshire as a Relief Manager in stores as diverse as Grimsby and Beverley. Eventually, I returned to Sheffield City Centre and now, on my Halfway home doorstep. As a local, I already know that Crystal Peaks is like one big family. You get to know customers’ names and this all helps to foster a personal touch which greatly enhances our levels of customer service.”
