AT CRYSTAL PEAKS, YOU CAN HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT...The Lord Mayor of Sheffield, Councillor Roger Davison bit off more than he could chew recently when he called into Sheffield's Crystal Peaks to launch a brand new café - BB's Coffee & Muffin's. He 'officially' sampled a "Blackberry & Apple Crumble Muffin" in BB's - today's leading Shopping Centre coffee shop group, situated in the Centre's Central Atrium. It's the most recent addition to Crystal Peaks and will provide 10 full and part time jobs, with the chain already proving to be a big hit in the North of England with its' mixture of noteworthy food, coffee and refreshments like indulgent smoothies and shakes.
Shashi Patel said, "BB's hallmark is freshness, and we produce a huge variety of high quality food and drink to tempt every palate. I've been with the company since 1996 and found you don't need a college degree to do well - just a passion and dedication in all that you do. I'm confident the local community will get behind our fantastic range of great tasting products such as the savoury pasties, sandwiches and grilled focaccias - they're all very mouth watering, especially as they represent excellent value for money. I'm also personally committed to bringing coffee lovers the very best and most unique blends of premium coffee on today's market here to Sheffield, freshly made to order in a variety of ways from Cappuccino to Vienna, Latté to Mocha." He added, "We also bake mouth watering hand mixed muffins on the premises throughout the day and they range from the traditional to the down right indulgent! Tremendous treats like, Sticky Toffee or Apple & Cinnamon Crumble - much copied but never equalled! Danish pastries and cookies, and of course 100% natural ice cream. Furthermore, our baguettes are hot from the oven daily also with a variety of differing fillings - and if we stretched out all the baguettes BB's sell each year from end to end, they would reach all the way from London right here to Crystal Peaks!"
