GEMMA - NOW ONE OF THE SELECT FEW…

21-year-old Gemma Fieldhouse, from Hackenthorpe, really did prove a friendly smile, a cheery hello and a positive approach to retailing, creates winning ways! She has just become one of the few chosen as a 'Customer Service Award Winner', at Sheffield's award-winning Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre.

The announcement came at the recent 7th annual prize giving ceremony hosted by Centre Manager, Chris Jones, who commented, "Gemma's a true peak performer, because nothing is too much trouble for her, and the votes have flooded in to prove it! With over 1600 staff to choose from, Gemma was honoured, not by the Centre, but by the local community for her outstanding levels of client assistance. We asked shoppers for nominations to find a sales assistant, male or female, who goes above and beyond the call of duty. Year on year we gain a clearer view of the exceptional customer service levels we've come to be proud of and indeed, expect with all our staff here at Crystal Peaks. It makes us what we are, truly unique! I was delighted to present Gemma not only with £100 in spending money but also a framed certificate and a beautifully engraved crystal trophy to mark her year in office. Congratulations Gemma and very well done."
