The Customer Care Desk is on the upper mall in the Central Atrium neat to the escalators.  All our Customer Care Assistants are fully trained and are there to help.

Accessibility - disabled parking spaces are conveniently situated near all entrances to the covered malls and we also run a free wheelchair loan service.  The brand new Shopmobility facility, situated at the North West entrance will be open shortly.

Crystal Peaks Gift Vouchers are a great gift idea and are available from the Customer Care Desk in denominations of £5 and £10.

Family Facilities include a dedicated parents room in both of our public toilet blocks on the Lower and East Malls.  The ever popular 'Crystal Cabs' are available to hire from the Customer Care Desk and children between 8 and 12 years old will also enjoy our free outdoor play area - provided they are supervised by an adult.
